nCompass helps specialist furniture supplier maximise market profile



Furncare have been providing furniture and specialist interior solutions to the care sector for 20 years, and had achieved consistent growth and success year-on-year. These achievements did not dampen their ambition, and nCompass were brought in, initially on a 6 month consultancy retainer to overhaul the brand and provide strategic direction and focus to their marketing activities.



Having identified several opportunities to elevate the status, profile and prominence of the brand, a process of rebranding was initiated. Outstanding yet understated brand assets were promoted, including a high profile launch of the National Distribution Centre by former PM and local MP, Liz Truss.


The nCompass consultancy period was extended from the initial 6 month contract to 15 months, enabling a fully equipped inhouse marketing resource to be recruited and established.
