MPI Brokers have appointed nCompass to undertake a trade and consumer research programme which will help to identify key factors for consideration during a brand development programme. All staff at the Surrey Head Office will also be consulted to ensure all audience groups and operational considerations are factored into the rebrand. Michael Pettifer, MPI Brokers Managing Director, feels that the time is now right to review the look and feel of the business as this hasn’t been done since MPI was founded. Since then, the business has earned a cherished reputation which is based on the exceptional quality and integrity of the services and support the whole MPI team provide for their customers and clients.

Specialising in specialist travel insurance, both the travel and insurance markets have changed and evolved constantly since the business first started trading, and several significant challenges have had to be carefully managed across the whole sector as world events and consumer behaviour have changed. It is hoped to implement the new brand in time for the launch of the 2018/2019 ski season.
