In just ten years, Dr Walter Abelman has built a private GP business which started in the converted garage of his own house, and is now a group of medical practices with tens of thousands of registered patients.

nCompass helped to build the business in the early years on a retained basis, managing a proactive communications programme with patients, promoting new treatments and services, and encouraging customer referrals. Onsite POS, creative direct marketing, advertising and emarketing all combined to stimulate growth.

In 2011, a new CEO reassessed the business and developed a new strategic plan for the future.

He instigated bold and radical restructuring, including new alliances, commercial practices and surgery relocations. We have worked closely with the CEO, supporting him and his team ever since to grow the business further.

nCompass rewrote and remodelled the website, created second generation branding, and now publish ‘Apple’ a self-financing customer magazine too. We have run Google AdWords campaigns as part of the online marketing programme, advertising in local and niche media, organised events and streamlined internal medical and staff communications and reporting. In May 2017, in partnership with HCA Healthcare who also own the Wellington Hospital, nCompass promoted and launched a new, purpose built JDoc365 medical centre in Elstree.
