The Barrie Tankel Partnership was a well-established firm of quantity surveyors and construction project managers.

Following the retirement of the founder and appointment of a new Board, the business required modernisation and repositioning in a dynamic and ever-changing sector.

Repositioning the business, renaming it BTP Group and establishing a fresh new brand under which it could thrive, relied on the support of the new Directors and staff, and of the existing client base. A new URL was purchased, the old website was migrated to maximise residual SEO value, and a new website was developed and built.

Ad-hoc marketing communications and live hosted networking events including MIPIM followed.

Tactical targeting of key niche markets using above- and below-the-line communications, an eCRM programme and emarketing were also used, resulting in a series of commissions for multi-million pound contracts across the UK.
